Overview
Feel more present and focused with an interactive mindfulness workshop. This workshop explores our personal rituals with coffee (or any morning beverage) with the goal of creating more calm and joy in lifes' most mundane moments. By exploring the five senses of sight, sound, taste, touch and smell, you will learn how to avoid ruminations over the past or worries over the future and find power in the present.

The class includes intention setting, journaling, conversation, and meditation. No matter the level of familiarity you have with mindfulness and meditation, this class will help you feel more balanced and relaxed.
