Full body workout with legendary fitness trainer and women's lacrosse champion, Courtney Miller. The workout is for ALL LEVELS and under 30 minutes. We close the movement portion with 10 minutes of intentional breath led by Brandon. All of this is followed by some refreshments, free coffee, access to our recovery lounge, and some groovy tunes encouraging all participants to enjoy the sunshine, the accomplishment of an amazing workout, and the company of new friends.
