Immerse yourself in a state of self-love this Valentine’s weekend. We’ll begin with a heart-centered yoga flow led by Serina, followed by a transformational breathwork guided by Julia. This intimate gathering is designed to nourish your spirit through gentle movements and breath rituals, creating a sacred space for connection and self-discovery. Join us on a journey to awaken the love within, and to cultivate a deep sense of relaxation & rejuvenation. Mats & props will be provided. Please bring a water bottle, and eye mask if you’d like to use one for the breathwork. This workshop is open to all levels, modifications will be provided.
